“Trolley Man of Bond Street” on StepAway Magazine

I’m very pleased to say that “Trolley Man of Bond Street”, which I wrote about a chap I often see around Bristol, is now online as part of StepAway Magazine’s 17th issue. You can read it at http://stepawaymagazine.com/archives/category/17

StepAway is an intriguing project which is based in North East England and is edited by Dr Darren Richard Carlaw. It includes poetry and flash fiction.

In Darren’s own words:

“Our magazine is hungry for literature that evokes the sensory experience of walking in specific neighborhoods, districts or zones within a city. This is flânerie for the twenty-first century.

Our aim is to become an online repository of walking narratives. Our writers will lead our readership through the streets of his or her chosen city. They will do so in one thousand words or less.”
