“Lympstone” in The Dawntreader Issue 031

It’s always nice to see poems appearing in print so it was great to receive my copy of The Dawntreader in the post yesterday. I’ve found Ronnie and Dawn at Indigo Dreams Publishing to be very supportive and their commitment to publishing recently earned them the Ted Slade Award for Services to Poetry from Poetry Kit.

Indigo Dreams has three regular, high quality magazines – Reach Poetry, Sarasvati and The Dawntreader. They also publish anthologies, full collections and pamphlets from their base in rural Devon.

The poem itself is about a lovely little village in East Devon, which is a real family favourite. More info on Lympstone can be found here.

  1. Lovely, Ben. Looks like a nice place, alright. We were married in Bideford, North Devon and stayed in Appledore – a delightful little place.

Your poem has a very calming effect. 😉

    1. Thanks. We stayed in Appledore a couple of years ago for our first family holiday after the twins were born. Love that area too. 🙂
